Dear Ms. Karos Herrick:
 
I would like you to be aware of the deep concern that I have relative to your proposed McDonald’s relocation in Solon at the corner of 91 & 43.  My common sense and personal experience tell me that a project of this size on that parcel will create numerous safety and traffic issues that defy solution.  The variances which you seek make it obvious that this project far exceeds the capacity of that size of parcel.  The variances you request are numerous and significant in nature.  Further, there is no practical difficulty that exists upon which to grant you relief. 
It is rather obvious that there are few, if any, citizens in favor of this project.  I have not heard one individual speak out in favor of this proposal.  You and McDonald’s run a good operation here in Solon.  Why do you insist on trying to force something that residents don’t want and does not come anywhere close to meeting zoning requirements?  Please give up this “supersized” project and find another location in town that is better suited to accommodate the facility you would like to have.  Why leave a bad taste in everyone’s mouth?  Thanks very much.
